For agencies

You sell marketing.
You don't market yourself.

Client work eats the week and your own pipeline gets whatever's left, which is nothing. Put the same team on your own growth — up to four service lines, four voices, one daily email — while you keep billing.

No seats. No credits. Nothing sends without your say-so.

Nothing sends without you.Approve
The honest bit

The cobbler's children have no shoes, and you know exactly whose fault it is.

You pitch follow-up every day

You tell clients the money is in the eighth touch. You are entirely right, and you are not doing it for yourself.

Your own last outbound was… when?

Whenever the diary last had a gap in it. Which is the worst possible moment to start, because pipeline takes weeks and you needed it today.

So the month client work dips

…is the month you have nothing coming in. Feast, famine, feast. Not because you don't know how — because you sold the week.

Four niches

One team. Four service lines. Four different voices.

Each project is a separate business as far as the team is concerned: its own voice, its own no-go list, its own leads and pages. One daily email covers the lot.

  1. 01

    A niche per service line

Run your SaaS retainer offer, your local-trades package and your ecommerce work as three separate niches — each targeted, written and followed up on its own terms.

  2. 02

    A voice per niche

The way you talk to a dental practice is not how you talk to a Series A founder. Each project carries its own voice profile and banned-claims list.

  3. 03

    Leads that never cross over

Separate lead lists, separate pages, separate sequences. Nothing bleeds between niches, and nothing gets contacted twice by two of your own offers.

  4. 04

    One email, everything

You still only read one email a day. It covers all four, shows what shipped and what's waiting, and you approve across the lot in one pass.

Jules, your Strategist

Beta

You’ve got the research.
What’s the next move?

A list of prospects is another thing to work through. Jules connects what your team has learned to a person, a reason to talk and a brief you can act on.

In your ActionMode account. Daily suggestions are your choice.

From finding to follow-through
  1. A person worth approaching

Up to three next moves for people already in your pipeline, using their saved research and the signals you’ve kept.

  2. The reason, with the source

See what prompted the suggestion, when it was observed and what still needs checking. Weak website scans are held back.

  3. A next step you can choose

Prepare a message or article with the Writer, or add a call to Today. You review the work before anything goes out.

Sometimes the useful answer is “not enough evidence yet”. Jules can return no moves. Your existing replies and follow-ups come first.

Their page

Every lead gets a page with their name on it.

Not a PDF and not a generic demo link. Their own page, built when they become a lead: a short video that greets them by name, the one question that actually moves the deal, and the proof that matters to their business.

You see when they opened it, how far into the video they got, and what they answered. That is what tells you who to call — behaviour, not a guess.

Private by design: an unguessable address, never indexed, and it can live on your own domain so the link reads as you.

Hi Dana — this one's for Meridian Freight.

What's costing you most right now?

One question. Their answer lands on your desk.

What this is

We don't sell software.
We sell pipeline.

Not a CRM.

A CRM is a system you hire someone to operate. ActionMode is the someone. There is no pipeline to groom — the team grooms it.

Not a content tool.

Content tools hand you a blank box and wish you luck. Your team turns up with the work already written, already fact-checked, and asks for a yes or a no.

Not another AI SDR.

An AI SDR bolts onto a sales team you already have, and does one job: outbound. You have no team, and outbound alone was never the gap. This is the whole function — content, leads, pages and follow-up, in one voice.

Yours, not ours

Everything it does, it does under your name.

Not a platform your leads can see. Your domain, your address, your numbers.

  • Your domain

Every lead's page lives at go.yourcompany.com/their-name. The link reads as you, and so does the preview card when they share it.

    go.acme.com/sarah-lin
    ✓ private · ✓ ssl · ✓ your name
  • Your sending address

Emails leave from you@yourcompany.com, verified, so the deliverability you earn stays yours and nothing looks like a platform.

    Your analytics, read

Connect Google Analytics once. The team already keeps your last 28 days of visitors; next it tells you which page to fix and why.

Set up once in Settings. Ten minutes, two DNS records, then forget it.

The crew

A team, not a tool.

Every teammate has a name, a job, and an audit trail. You can see what each one did and why — their status is drawn from real runs, never faked for show.

More teammates join the crew as they earn their place — each one ships real, audited work before it gets a name on this page.

The maths

What you'd otherwise be paying for.

The team is a fraction of that stack and does all of it — priced per niche, not per seat, so it doesn't get more expensive because you got busier. Ask for the price for your niche.

Ranges are typical UK market rates for hiring this out, not a claim about your business.

This isn't for you if you want to resell it to clients under your own brand — that isn't what it is. It's for the agency that wants its own pipeline to stop depending on whoever has a spare afternoon.

Pricing

The price for your niche.

Priced per niche, not per seat. Setup plus monthly. I size it on what a new customer is worth to you, so I need two things first.

Within one working day you get:

  • the price for your niche
  • the first 10 people we'd go after
  • one draft in your voice, free

Dil, founder

Add it and I text the plan too. Never a sales call.

Questions

The things founders ask first.

Can I run this for my clients?

Not as a white-label product — there's no client login, no per-client billing and no reseller tier. Agency is four niches for your own growth. Plenty of agencies do point it at a vertical they serve in order to build their own list in it, and that works well; what it isn't is a delivery seat you resell.

What counts as a niche?

One offer aimed at one audience. "SEO for dental practices" is a niche; "SEO" is not. If two of your service lines target the same people with the same pitch, that's one niche and you have three left.

Will it sound like me?

That's the first job. At onboarding the team studies things you've actually written and builds a voice profile it obeys forever. If a draft doesn't sound like you, it gets held, not shipped — voice fidelity is the rule everything else bends to.

Can it send things without my permission?

No. Outreach is gated behind your approval — a click in the daily email or the dashboard. Nothing cold ever auto-sends. As trust builds you can let routine work proceed on a veto window: you see it before it happens, and doing nothing lets it go.

What stops it making things up?

A dedicated Fact-Checker runs before anything is publishable — claims verified, links checked. Your no-go list (topics, competitors, claims you never make) is enforced on every draft. If something can't be verified, it doesn't ship.

What do I actually have to do?

Read one email a day. Approve or veto. Everything else — research, writing, fact-checking, lead pages, follow-up — is the team's job. If you never open the dashboard, the work still moves.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, from Settings, in two clicks — Stripe handles it. The team works to the end of the period you've paid for, and everything it produced stays yours.

The product is done. Give it the team it deserves.
